Target Group (Staff Levels):
The target audience is staff levels 2-4 (in accordance with the Dudley Safeguarding Adults Board) Safeguarding Strategy 2018-19.
Aim:
The aim of the course is to understand the What, When, How and Why of SARs.
Learning outcomes:
- To understand the legislative framework and guidance supporting SARs
- To understand the criteria for SARs and when to report a SAR
- To understand other mechanisms for review of high risk cases
- To understand the local process in Dudley.
