This course, based on the Children's Workforce Development Council's "Safer Recruitment" materials is now available to all managers and HR representatives across member agencies of Dudley Safeguarding People Partnership.
The one-day course, separated into 4 modules, looks at how safer recruitment fits within the wider context of safeguarding, focusing on good recruitment and selection practices and set out procedures and strategies to help managers deter, identify and reject applications who are unsuitable to work with children.
The course will be delivered by two local trainers, accredited nationally by NCSL. An assessment process will be administered and a certificate awarded.

This is a virtualised course that will be delivered using the Microsoft Teams platform.
You will need to download and install it and ensure it works ready for the training.
