This session is relevant to the whole workforce and will cover Passwords, WiFi and general Cyber Protect advice.

West Midlands Police Community Support Officer for 14 years. 10 years based in Small Heath attached to a Neighbourhood Team. During this time, I spent 8 years as a Schools Liaison Officer to 7 Secondary Schools and 6 Primary Schools delivering presentations on Cyber Crime, E-Safety, and CSE.

Over the last 3 years I have been seconded to the Regional Cyber Crime Unit as West Midlands Police 1st Digital PCSO (1 of 3 in the UK).   The Regional Cyber Crime Team for the West midlands is a dedicated cyber security team that works with businesses, organisations, and communities to promote the steps that we think will reduce the chances of becoming a victim of cyber crime
