Child Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation Awareness - 2024

Detail:

Every child and young person has the right to live in an environment that is free from abuse and neglect. Anyone, in any capacity, who is aware that abuse or neglect is taking place has a responsibility to take action.

Safeguarding is Everyone’s Responsibility

If you have concerns about a child or young person, whether this is something you have seen or something that is said, it is your responsibility to tell someone.

Each organisation is required to have a Safeguarding Policy. If you do not have access to your setting's safeguarding policy, it may be beneficial for you to access them now before you continue with the eLearning course from the DSPP.

This is a level 1 course.

Warning

Please note: DSPP training is free of charge for all statutory agencies, voluntary organisations and registered childminders that work in Dudley.  If you are booking for an organisation that is outside the Dudley borough or private enterprises and profit-making organisations charges for courses will apply as per our terms and conditions.

If in doubt, please contact the Learning Zone via the email at the bottom of this page.
