This is a follow on session from the Introduction of the Continuum of Need sessions, therefore it is a prerequisite you have attended or watched the recording above beforehand.
Learning Outcomes:
- To consider Working Together 2023 and its application in practice
- Examine the concept of Thresholds and Pathways in practice; what is the right service for our families, how do we determine this.
- Planning with the family, for the family
- Reflect on our culture, values and how we demonstrate this to families.
This is a Professional level course and you will receive a Level 3 Safeguarding Certificate upon completion
