Exploitation - Harm outside the home

This is a one-day course that aims to develop practitioner skills, offers ideas to enhance practice and introduce practical ways of working with children and young people who are at risk of exploitation.

Learning Outcomes:

• To have a greater understanding of Child Exploitation
• To have increased knowledge and skills when working directly with children and young people at risk of exploitation
• To have considered barriers to effective practice
• To have knowledge of a wider range of tools and resources available for use in direct work
• To understand the impact on practitioners of undertaking direct work

This is a level 2, Professionals Course.
